3. Shipping
We ship nationwide across the UK using reliable carriers. Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 3–5 working days. You’ll receive tracking info once your Krumb is on the move.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your package arrives damaged or if something’s not right, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll do our best to fix it because we care deeply about your experience.
5. Allergy & Safety Information
While we clearly list our ingredients, our kitchen handles common allergens like dairy, gluten, and nuts. If you have a severe allergy, please reach out before ordering we’ll be transparent about what’s possible.
